Breakfast included with a wide variety of options, like delicious cappuccino. The dinner menu allows you to choose from several dishes daily.

Mattresses could use some improvement. They weren't that comfortable, and the absence of air conditioning made for a warm night when windows were open. The tub-shower setup poses a risk with a high step and slippery floors due to no shower curtain. Housekeeping comes in regardless of whether you put the do-not-disturb card out.

The staff were all affable and exceptional.

The breakfast was wonderful, the room was squeaky clean and cosy with a large balcony. A private safe, central heating, and a work desk were a bonus. The location was wonderful, just a pleasant stroll away from Ripley's Believe it or Not.

A safe, TV set, and a writing table in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast, a wide array of food and beverages. Location short walk to the main shopping street, and restaurant.

The hot water pressure was low, but the gluten-free meals were amazing!

My favorite property in Ortisei. Ideal family-run property with very welcoming and accommodating staff like a general manager. 10 minutes walk to a bus station. Variety of outstanding options for meal. Free parking across the road provided. The ambience was quiet!

The location is a big plus, just minutes from the city center and convenient bus stops. A supermarket across the street was helpful for snacks, and the breakfast offered a variety of small dishes. Housekeeping was consistent in maintaining cleanliness, but the room felt somewhat dated, and the lack of air conditioning made it a bit warm at times. While the furniture in the room could use an update, the friendly staff and ample storage space did enhance the experience.
